The technology that we use in the field is called ULV fogging or Ultra Low Volume Fogging. This procedure of disinfecting breaks our disinfectants down at the molecular level to allow for the deepest penetration of both hard and soft surfaces. What that means, is that any exposed surface within your space will be thoroughly disinfected. This process of fogging will also target potentially harmful airborne pathogens within your environment that would otherwise be missed by traditional cleaning practices. Before the fogging process begins our certified technicians will assess and determine High Risk Touch surfaces (countertops, handles, light switches, keyboards, thermostats, phones etc...) and disinfect those areas by hand with a medical grade disinfectant.
All of our disinfectants are EPA registered and approved as ECO-FRIENDLY and proven effective against SARS-CoV-2 (EPA N list). This means that after we disinfect your business, there is no need to wipe any surfaces down behind. Once the fog has dissipated and surfaces have dried, your microbial environment has been reset and you are safe to enter.
Please make your home or business as maneuverable as possible for our technicians, clear pathways and doors and remove any loose papers from surfaces. Also, please put away or cover any open food items i.e. fruits and breads.
This all depends on the size and layout of your home or business. For reference, the typical single-family home will take 30-45 minutes to disinfect from top to bottom.
Yes, during the fogging process we ask that you leave your business.
Yes, our disinfectants are registered on EPA’s List N, which is a list of products that have been proven effective against coronavirus. Our products are non-abrasive/non-corrosive and eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, fungus and mold.
The products we use in the field are determined by the setting and environment. We are happy to share our MSDS upon request.
For high traffic businesses, we recommend weekly service. Weekly service will help to curb the build-up of infectious particles. By consistently slowing the buildup of contamination, you are lowering the risk of that virus or bacteria spreading. For homes we recommend bi-weekly service, this will help control the microbial activity in your home.
